Servant Leadership
The Servant Leader Initiative focuses on cultivating leadership qualities that prioritize the well-being of others, foster a sense of community, and encourage active participation in decision-making. Drawing from the principles of servant leadership, this initiative aims to instill in young individuals a leadership style that emphasizes service, empathy, and ethical conduct.

Youth In Action (YIA)
Empowerment to become proactive agents of change in their community
Foster a sense of responsibility, empathy, and leadership among youth

Youth Empowerment Mentorship Program (YEMP)
Empower mentees to develop leadership skills, self-confidence, and a sense of purpose
Foster a supportive network where mentees feel valued, understood, and encouraged to reach their full potential
Cultivate a culture of peer support, empathy, and collaboration among youth
Provide mentors with opportunities to refine their leadership abilities, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
Contribute to the personal and academic growth of mentees through positive role modeling and guidance
Mind Matters
Raise awareness about mental health and provide education on various mental health topics
Support groups that provide a platform for empathy, validation, and connection
Activities and workshops that promote well-being, stress management, and positive coping strategies
Engage in community outreach to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and promote a more inclusive society
Access to a comprehensive resource hub that includes information on local mental health services, helplines, and online resources
SAFE Team
Mind Matters offers training sessions and workshops for participants who are interested in becoming mental health advocates or peer supporters. These training programs equip you with the knowledge and skills to support your peers, recognize signs of distress, and provide appropriate resources and referrals. Trained "Mind Matters" members are known as the SAFE Team.
